Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Perceptive Analytics. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead prospecting and nurturing to convert leads into customers
  • Create world-class proposals and respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Ensure successful closure of all leads through end-to-end coordination
  • Represent the company at conferences, meets, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in B2B sales in Analytics/IT/ITES
  • Sustained track record of sales success
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
