About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Perceptive Analytics. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the Analytics and IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead prospecting and lead nurturing efforts to convert leads into customers
  • Create world-class proposals to respond to RFPs and RFIs
  • Ensure successful closure of all leads through end-to-end coordination
  • Represent the company at various conferences, meets, and trade shows

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in B2B sales in Analytics/IT/ITES
  • Sustained track record of sales success
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
