About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Perceptive Analytics. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the Analytics and IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead prospecting and lead nurturing efforts to convert leads into customers
- Create world-class proposals to respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Ensure successful closure of all leads through end-to-end coordination
- Represent the company at various conferences, meets, and trade shows
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of sales experience in B2B sales in Analytics/IT/ITES
- Sustained track record of sales success
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
