Job Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries professionally.
  • Analyzing customer problems and offering individual solutions.
  • Omnichannel service provision via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
  • Becoming an expert on all things New Balance.
  • Embracing company values and acting as a brand ambassador.

  • Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.

Benefits:

What Do We Offer?

  • Start date: October 23rd (tbc).
  • Contract: Temporary (3-month contract, 1-month probation period).
  • Part-time: 20 hours/week.
  • Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 3:00am.
  • Salary: €9,230.77.
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives.
  • Holidays: 24 calendar days per year.
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  • Office work model.
  • Training: 2 weeks of fully office-based training from Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
