About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative for New Balance, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.

You will have the opportunity to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems, and offer them individual solutions. This role involves providing an omnichannel service to our consumers via various communication channels.

To succeed in this position, you must have a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance and become an expert on all things related to the brand.

Requirements

  • A fluent level of English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
