Customer Service Role Overview
CPM International, a global company with a presence in over 30 countries, is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role will involve providing multilingual support to customers worldwide, focusing on customer service, sales, and technical support solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by New Balance.
- Become an expert on all things New Balance.

Key Skills and Experience
- A fluent level of English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Benefits
What We Offer
- Temporary contract with a 3-month duration and a 1-month probation period.
- Part-time schedule with 20 hours per week.
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Salary: €9,230.77.

- Training session: 2 weeks of fully office-based training from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
