Looking for a challenging role in customer service where you can make a real difference?
At Blu Selection, we are seeking a Medical Customer Service Specialist to join our international team.
As a Medical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding medical devices to ensure questions are answered and orders placed timely.
  • Requesting and collecting updated documentation required by the customer's payer, completing order entry, and coordinating product shipment to customers.
  • Resolving customer's issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Encouraging customer compliance with product utilization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of English and at least a B2 level in another language.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.
  • Having a drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Being a real team player and committed to your work.
