Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Suanfarma, Sa in Barcelona. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales team in achieving their objectives and assigned budget by providing excellent customer service.
  • Request and prepare technical documentation for customers, and track and follow up on offers and opportunities.
  • Place commercial orders in the system and follow up with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage samples and follow up on customer complaints in connection with the Quality Department.
  • Support Area Managers during travel, customer visits, and exhibitions.
  • Prospect new potential customers and support the Sales team in their efforts.
  • Monitor accounts assigned to each Area Manager, including sales evolution, products purchased, and prices.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups on invoiced orders, pending confirmations, and draft orders.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Ability to monitor deadlines and commercial conditions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with other languages a plus.
