We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers with inquiries related to digital payment services
- Assist new customers with account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests
- Maintain and update customers' accounts
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Native level of Danish and good level of English
- Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
- Call center experience preferred
- Indefinite contract
