We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Support customers with technical inquiries related to digital payment services
- Assist new customers with account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests
- Maintain and update customers' accounts
- Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships
- A native level of Danish and a good level of English
- Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
- Call center experience preferred
- Type of contract: Indefinite
- Full-time position
- Training and onboarding period: 4-6 weeks
