Job Title: Technical Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues?

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with technical inquiries related to digital payment services
  • Assist new customers with account activation, transaction status queries, and financial requests
  • Maintain and update customers' accounts
  • Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
  • A native level of Danish and a good level of English
  • Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
  • Call center experience preferred
