Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their technical inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting customers with technical issues related to digital payment services
Activating new customer accounts, resolving transaction status queries, and handling financial requests
Maintaining and updating customer accounts to ensure high-quality service
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Native level of Danish and good level of English
Interest in technical support and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and listening skills
Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
Call center experience is a plus
