Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Global Interaction Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve:

  • Understanding and identifying customer needs through active listening and empathy
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Mediating between customers and suppliers to ensure seamless experiences
  • Providing accurate information and following established processes to ensure high-quality service
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Finnish C2 level and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM databases
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • A positive and motivated mindset to handle challenging customer issues
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments will be valued

  • A 39-hour full-time contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
  • Available shifts: 09:00-20:00h (rotatory)
  • Starting with a temporary contract that will evolve into a permanent contract based on business needs
