We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Multilingual Business Development Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships with German SME clients.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for full management of a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on growth and retention strategies.
  • You will identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • You will proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have native-level German and fluency in English, as well as proven experience working in or for the German market. A strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets, as well as exceptional communication skills in both German and English, is required.
