About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Account Manager to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, and delivering projects to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and account management
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and business cases
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to colleagues
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or fluent verbal and written English, fluent or native in Flemish
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, preferably in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
  • Experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a bonus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
