Agronomy Sales Professional

KWS Saat SE is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Professional to join their team in Almeria, Spain. Job Summary: This is a full-time, unlimited position that involves generating customer demand for KWS varieties in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve set annual sales and margin budgets
- Maintain contact with customers, prospects, dealers, and industry relations
- Develop and implement annual trial plans to position new varieties in the territory
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the product line and develop necessary product performance trial data to determine the added value of new varieties
- Monitor and report market data and information regarding acres, seed prices, competitive activities, and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture
- 5+ years of experience in the vegetable seed industry (preferably)

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
