**The Role**
We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our team and help grow our impact across Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of our most prominent brands within your business segment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure correct use of our service to optimize store engagement, improve performance, and increase supply.
- Support key stakeholders and stores to use our platform and systems, providing training to new managers and staff.
- Identify feedback trends from data and conversations with stores and escalate to key stakeholders to find solutions.
- Ensure stores have good experiences with our customers and take action to improve store quality.
- Administrative tasks, including mass updates for public holidays, and ensuring store information is up to date and accurate.
**Requirements**
- Significant experience in account management or business development.
- Previous knowledge of Spain's Retailer environment.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners.
- Good negotiation skills to communicate upselling proposals to key stakeholders.
- Fully proficient in Spanish and English (C1).
