We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with our expanding network of city and university clients in the central region. As a trusted advisor, you'll optimize mobile payment programs for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned accounts, focusing on engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Develop strong working relationships with ParkMobile clients, providing expert guidance on mobile payment programs.
  • Monitor account performance and offer innovative strategies to foster growth.
  • Collaborate with ParkMobile teams to deliver responsive account support and resolve any challenges.

About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or client management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a positive, optimistic attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
