">We're committed to making customers happy, and that's where you come in. As a Customer Experience Specialist - LATAM Spanish, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales cycle by qualifying leads and initiating contact with potential customers.
About the Role
">You'll be responsible for identifying and researching potential customers in the target market through various channels, including cold calling, outbound prospecting, and social media engagement. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills in LATAM Spanish will enable you to effectively articulate value propositions, engage prospects, and build rapport over various channels.
You'll also need to conduct thorough qualification and discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and determine if there is a potential opportunity. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

Salary Information
