The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Enhancement Expert to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. You'll collaborate with various departments to drive improvements across the customer journey and maintain a customer-centric focus throughout our business operations.

Main Challenges:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience across different channels.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and communicate with customers in a seamless manner.
  • Determine the cause of problems, gathering necessary information from customers to reproduce issues.
  • Explain the best solutions or provide temporary workarounds, working closely with Product and Customer Success teams to resolve incidents.
  • Investigate the root cause of problems when something isn't working properly.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Propose new ways to improve our service, product, strategies, and processes.
