Key Account Sales Specialist for Commercial Kitchen Technology

Job DescriptionAs a Key Account Sales Specialist for Commercial Kitchen Technology, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and selling high-quality solutions to our Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese key business customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proactively advise and sell our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
- Create customized offers, taking into account availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
- Track customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
- Bld long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
You will work closely with our sales and installation team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a telephone-based role.
- Knowledge of the HoReCa sector and corresponding equipment/products.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present yourself professionally over the phone.
- Native-level proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese, and good English skills.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
