About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to join our team based in Palma.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management, with a strong ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead the acquisition of new sales channels and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies across all markets, working closely with the Commercial Director.
  • Monitor and evaluate commercial activities performance, preparing reports for senior management and clients.
  • Drive operational and cost efficiencies by streamlining processes and developing technology.
  • Partner with cross-country teams to develop and implement a mid/long-term strategic commercial plan aligned with company business objectives.
  • Develop and enhance products, portfolios, and services through best practice sharing and innovation.
  • Participate in national and international industry events, networking events, and workshops.
  • Lead the preparation and execution of workshops and colleague training.
  • Define acquisition strategy and scouting trips, hosting clients where relevant and appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial, contracting, or product management positions.
  • Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent sales, communication, and presentation capabilities, with strong relational and persuasion skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to work and interact in a multinational and multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility with disposition to travel.
  • Strong analytical thinking, focusing on understanding and responding to key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.

  • An estimated salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
