Strategic Partnership Development Lead

We are seeking a visionary leader to head up our Supplier Integration team at MTS Globe.
As our Supplier Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative integration strategies that drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all supplier integrations for both hotel and excursion products, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized operations.
- Develop and implement profitable integration models, driving significant revenue growth.
- Craft future-proof integration strategies that align with the overall business goals of MTS Globe.
- Provide expert oversight for technical implementations of tech platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new integrations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all parties involved.
- Leverage your technical and creative judgment to propose improvements that enhance system usability and scalability.
- Generate insightful Business Intelligence sales reports for senior management.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by conducting training sessions for MTS Globe integration departments.
- University degree in Tourism, business administration and management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
- Knowledge of national and international channel manager systems.
- At least 5 years of experience working with integrations in Channel Manager, Hotels or OTAs.
- Good English level. Other languages will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Availability for travel.
