Telesales Specialist for Commercial Kitchen Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Specialist to join our sales team in supporting business customers, including hotels and restaurants, in finding the right products for their needs.
About the Role:
As a Telesales Specialist, you will provide telephone consultation to our key business customers regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. You will have access to inbound calls, allowing you to actively and precisely address our customers' inquiries.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
- Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise on and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our French customers.
- Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
Offer Creation and Customer Support
- Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
- Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
Customer Relationship Building and Upselling/Cross-selling
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
You have a strong background in sales or customer service, preferably in a telephone-based role. Your excellent communication skills enable you to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. Native-level proficiency in French and good English are essential for this position. Experience in the hospitality industry or with corresponding equipment/products is an advantage.

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
