We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to support our sales and installation team for the Italian Market and contribute significantly to the success of our company.

Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you will provide telephone consultation to our Italian key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. You will have access to inbound calls, allowing you to actively and precisely address our customers' inquiries.

  • You will conduct telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our key existing and new customers (hotels, restaurants, and small businesses).
  • You will proactively advise and sell our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
  • You will create individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
  • You will track customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
  • You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
  • You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
  • You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a telephone-based role. Experience in and with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer service.

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the location and the job requirements.
