About the Role
Prgx Global, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic multi-lingual sales development representative to drive our growth in Southern Europe. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within Fortune 500 global companies.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and strategies to generate leads for profit recovery and contract compliance services.
- Qualifying Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges related to profit recovery and contract compliance.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up, personalized outreach, and value-driven conversations.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with senior sales representatives and account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and the specific needs of target companies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably within the profit recovery, contract compliance, or financial services industries.
- Must fluently speak German, French, and English.
- Experience prospecting into Fortune 500 companies.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Groove/Gong/Outreach.
