Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Customer Partnership Specialist - Malaga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary practices, identifying business opportunities, and delivering sales growth targets.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of sales experience in the animal health industry or a related field. You must be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust with customers and colleagues alike. A valid driving license and proficiency in using standard business software and communication tools are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level of expertise with evolving portfolio of products, services, pricing, competition, market and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain account plans in collaboration with Veterinarians and ABMs.
  • Ensure customer information and call reports are continuously updated through CRM system.
  • Analyse and interpret actual and potential territory/customer sales and growth opportunities to support delivery of sales targets.
  • Deliver call activity in accordance with agreed KPIs to achieve required coverage and frequency with identified target customers.

  • Strong sales ability, with a focus on building long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to retain and recall product information to a detailed level, with a strong focus on planning and tactical execution.
  • Drive and resilience, demonstrated with a persistent never-give-up attitude.
  • Stakeholder management, with the ability to use stakeholders as resources.

Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
