The Team You'll Work With:

You'll join our sales team as a field sales specialist, targeting beauty companies in new markets. We're starting in Murcia, and your objective will be to prospect new customers through cold door approaches and social media.

Your key responsibilities include offering product demos, assisting with initial setup according to customer needs, and ensuring successful registration and account activation with our Onboarding team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in cold door or similar roles.
  • Customer-oriented skills with excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and speaking abilities.
  • Organizational and responsible approach to meet set targets.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work.
  • Team player.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce (an advantage).
  • Experience in the beauty or tech sector (a plus).

We require conversational level English language skills, as it's our company language used for business-wide communications.

Location and Salary:

This role is based in Murcia, Spain. The estimated salary for this position is around €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
