Stryker Group is a leading medical technology company dedicated to making healthcare better. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Orthopedic Sales Specialist to join our team in the South Levante market.
Job Summary
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Orthopedic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory/customers. Your primary goal will be to create new sales opportunities and support the organization of local events for education and referral programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain market share and customer satisfaction of existing customers within the assigned territory/customers.
- Create new sales opportunities and support the organization of local events for education and referral programs.
- Implement strategy at the local level in coordinating with Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Project Managers.
- Visit customers periodically to map stakeholders and provide ongoing advice and consultation to help them avoid potential issues.
- Promote Stryker's products and services through marketing programs, presentations, and trainings.
- C coordinate the distribution and logistics of products, including conditionals, deposits, and kits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
