Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Murcia, Spain. This role will be responsible for sales of Electrification products within a designated market, aligned with our division strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement the sales management strategy for the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including defined KPIs.
  2. Manage clients in the region (Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante).
  3. Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  4. In conjunction with the residential-tertiary Manager, establish annual sales objectives in this segment.
  5. Determine effective solutions for customers based on their needs and ABB's offerings.
  6. Work directly with the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in sales.
  • A technical engineering degree or equivalent in electricity.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage products and the residential/tertiary installers' market.
  • Familiarity with wholesalers' market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Office, SF, SAP, etc.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Current driver's license in Spain.
