Sales Description
This sales position reports directly to the Area Sales Manager and focuses on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets within a designated market (Murcia and Albacete). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of Electrification products in line with the division strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing sales management strategies for the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including defined KPIs;
- Taking charge of clients in the Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante regions;
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities;
- Establishing annual sales objectives in collaboration with the residential-tertiary Manager;
- Determining effective solutions for customers by utilizing knowledge of customer needs and ABB's solutions;
- Collaborating directly with the product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2/3 years of sales experience and hold a technical engineering degree or equivalent in electricity. Proficiency in low voltage products and the residential/tertiary installers market is essential. Knowledge of wholesalers' markets and software applications such as Office, SF, and SAP is valuable.

- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships;
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills;
- A current driver's license in Spain.

Estimated Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is estimated based on industry standards for similar roles in the region and takes into account factors such as cost of living, local competition, and national average salaries.
