About the Role

At Stryker Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team in the South Levante region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to the success of our Orthopedic Instruments product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain market share, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of local events, including education programs, referral initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales performance, budget adherence, and market trends to senior management.
  • Territory Management: Visit customers regularly, map their stakeholders, and provide ongoing advice and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Strong Sales Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate sales value propositions and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
What We Offer:
