Sales Specialist Murcia – residential/tertiary

This is a position with a grade 14 salary.

The role reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets in designated markets (Murcia and Albacete) aligned with division strategy. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is hybrid, offering a balance between office and remote work.

This role contributes to the Electrification business (Niessen) in Murcia.

You will be primarily accountable for:

  • Implementing the sales management strategy of the residential-tertiary channel in the area, including defined KPIs
  • Taking charge of clients in Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
  • In collaboration with the residential-tertiary Manager, establishing annual sales objectives in this segment
  • Determining effective solutions for customers using knowledge of their needs and ABB's products
  • Collaborating directly with the product and marketing teams

Qualifications for the Role

2/3 years of experience in sales

A technical engineering degree or FP in electricity

Knowledge of low voltage products and residential/tertiary installers market

Wholesalers market knowledge also valuable

Knowledge of Office, SF, SAP, etc.

A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships

A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills

Current driver license in Spain
