About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join ABB, a leading inclusive employer and member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Electrification business unit, focusing on the residential and tertiary markets in Murcia and Albacete.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the wider sales team to identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to deliver effective solutions for customers.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Implement and execute the sales management strategy for the residential-tertiary channel in the designated area, meeting defined KPIs.
  • Manage client relationships in Murcia, Albacete, and Alicante, working to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and develop new market opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the Electrification business.
  • In partnership with the residential-tertiary Manager, establish annual sales objectives for the segment and work towards achieving them.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customer needs analysis and solution development, using knowledge of ABB's products and services to provide value-added offerings to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the low-voltage products and residential/tertiary installers market.
  • Techncial engineering degree or FP in electricity, with knowledge of Office, SF, SAP, etc.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach is essential, as is a current driver's license in Spain.
