About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager at Dragons Group, you will be responsible for managing global client relationships, particularly across sectors with a strong focus on social media campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing projects that engage audiences and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and understand client needs and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing projects, including briefing, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Social Media Expertise: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and performance across key platforms.
- Communication and Presentation: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
