About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Account Relationship Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade partners, driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners on a weekly basis to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Identify new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
- Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Possess a third level qualification (e.g., degree) and a valid driver's license.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and French is required, plus one additional European language (Dutch, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian).
