What You Will Do- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries professionally.
- Analyse customers' problems and offer individualised solutions, putting yourself in their shoes.
- Provide an omnichannel service via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of New Balance products and services.
- Become an expert on all things New Balance.
- A fluent level of English with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Salary: €18,000 per year (gross).
- Incentives for top performers.
- Holidays: 24 calendar days per year, plus paid bank holidays and one extra day in lieu.
- Paid hybrid work arrangement: 4 days per month at the office and for training purposes.
- Full-time training opportunity: 2 weeks based in the office.
