Our Client: A leading provider of hygiene, health, and nutrition products, committed to protecting, healing, and nurturing the world. As a Customer Support Agent: You will handle customer inquiries via various channels, aiming for first-contact resolution. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with consumers to resolve product information requests and queries. Provide multichannel support via phone, email, chat, and social media. Develop a thorough understanding of our client's products and services. Requirements: Fluency in Danish, with excellent grammar and spelling skills. Strong English skills, both written and spoken. Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Professional approach to problem-solving. Benefits: Temporary contract with a 3-month probation period. Part-time position (20 hours/week). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year. Top performance incentives. 2 accrued days per month, plus 24 calendar holidays per year. Paid bank holidays, plus 1 extra day in lieu. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per month in the office, with the rest working from home. Ongoing training and development opportunities.
