Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Lodgify. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on using the Lodgify software.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and experience.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
