Role Overview

At Https:/Www.Wearehiring.Io/Sitemap, we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to successfully use our software to set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business. You will be the expert in using our software, and you will use that expertise to advise our customers on how to make the most of our platform. You will respond quickly to customer support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, email or chat. You will also report customer feedback and issues to relevant departments and follow up. What makes you a great fit? You have at least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (desirable). You are able to connect with people and understand their issues. You have a passion for creating the best customer experience ever. You are organized and able to handle multiple inquiries. You have a positive attitude and sense of responsibility. You are familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert. You love taking ownership of side projects. What's in it for you?
