About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding customers on how to make the most of our Lodgify software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on using our software to set up and grow their vacation rental businesses.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and report customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (additional languages a plus).
  • Ability to connect with customers and understand their issues.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries.
  • Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and internet expertise.
