**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the manufacturing sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support new and existing customers with their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department to resolve customer issues
- Process quotations, including checking and recording queries, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and preparing commercial quotations
- Manage order processing, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices
- Handle customer complaints and manage customer satisfaction (SLI)
- Support sales promotion activities, including promotions, campaigns, and end-of-quarter activities
- Manage digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills in German
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Strong ability to work with people and understand their needs
- Structured work style, ambition, and optimism
- High degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy continuous training and professional development
- Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and lead generation in the B2B area is an advantage
