Customer Support Specialist in Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in the Manufacturing Sector. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new and existing customers with their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with sales, application engineers, and engineering departments to resolve customer issues
  • Process quotations, including checking and recording queries, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and preparing commercial quotations
  • Manage order processing, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices
  • Handle customer complaints and manage CRM systems
  • Support sales promotion activities, including promotions, campaigns, and end-of-quarter activities
  • Manage digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Strong ability to work with people, with a sense of their needs and a structured work style
  • Ambition, optimism, and high degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and lead generation in the B2B area is an advantage
