Customer Support Specialist in Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in the Manufacturing Sector. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Support new and existing customers with their queries and concerns
- Collaborate with sales, application engineers, and engineering departments to resolve customer issues
- Process quotations, including checking and recording queries, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and preparing commercial quotations
- Manage order processing, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices
- Handle customer complaints and manage CRM systems
- Support sales promotion activities, including promotions, campaigns, and end-of-quarter activities
- Manage digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria
- Excellent communication skills in German
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Strong ability to work with people, with a sense of their needs and a structured work style
- Ambition, optimism, and high degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
- Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and lead generation in the B2B area is an advantage

- 26K to 31K yearly gross base salary
