Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in Swedish to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to Swedish-speaking customers through multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer effective and relevant support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
