Customer Support Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist fluent in Swedish to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
Your primary goal will be to deliver timely and accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to Swedish-speaking customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer effective and relevant support.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and recommend solutions.
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support software is a plus.
- Experience in a customer support role within a tech or service industry.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.
