We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lodgify. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support in using our innovative software.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to customers on using the Lodgify platform to set up and manage their vacation rental businesses.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian (desirable).
- Ability to connect with customers, understand their issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications and internet expertise.
