Your Role
We're seeking a Customer Support Expert to join our Match Analysis team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with clients from various sports and organizations, providing top-notch support and helping them make the most of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Thrive on the front lines, answering users' questions with ease and confidence.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a clear approach and a human touch.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring issues with varying degrees of technical complexity are resolved or escalated.

Requirements
Fluency in both English and French (any other language is a plus).
Experience in tech support, with a previous role where you answered calls and emails that ranged from how-to questions to technical troubleshooting.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn, with a desire to deliver game-changing support to our customers.
