Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Support Expert to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for handling contacts over the telephone and by email to ensure the smooth daily operation of our services. You will also be responsible for caring for customer satisfaction, making sure that you are going the extra mile with each and every contact. Additionally, you will make sure that our drivers and passengers feel supported in all matters, ensuring a timely response to assist with any of their questions or concerns.

To be successful as a Customer Support Expert, you will need to possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Flemish and English. You will also require experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment. Furthermore, you must be autonomous and fast learner, able to provide effective support and be proactive with a 'can-do' attitude. Solution-oriented, you should be able to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:- Fluent level of both written & spoken Flemish. It's an essential skill as you'll be in touch daily with local customers in Flanders, Belgium and DeLijn (Flemish public transport operator).
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- Salary: €25,000 gross per year.
- Contract: Permanent (1-month probation).
- Working hours: Full Time (39 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - Sunday to 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
- Work Model: Hybrid working model.
