About the job:
As the new Presales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and responding to emails and inquiries in a timely manner. Your daily tasks will include executing daily outbound phone calls, responding to emails regarding client inquiries, and detecting and establishing new business possibilities in selected market areas.
You will also ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle. Additionally, you will proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities. Retaining and growing the existing base of customers is also a key responsibility.
Your qualifications:
You must speak Swedish at a native level and be fluent in English (B2). Previous sales experience in managing your own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients is essential. A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable. You should have strong technical abilities and quickly understand complex scientific concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information are also required.
You should be passionate about sales and creating strong relations, with a desire to learn and develop. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as being service-oriented, professional, and thorough, are necessary for this role.
