Job Title: Commercial Lead

At Alcura Health España S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to align with business growth targets.
  • Manage key accounts and develop relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems to support sales activities.
  • Utilize CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize lead generation, lead qualification, and opportunity management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales processes and overall commercial activities.
  • Develop regular reporting mechanisms to track performance against sales targets.
  • Provide insights on performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English.
