About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for enabling efficient and effective sales operations in country and market, advising commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of the utilization of CRM systems to improve customer interactions, sales tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and supervise Execution KPIs for Commercial teams and set them up in the commercial systems.
  • Ensure the integration of execution as a core component of business decision-making, connecting execution with performance.
  • Continuously assess and improve commercial operations processes, including sales strategies, workflows, and reporting mechanisms, to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate collection, consistency, analysis, and reporting of data from CRM tools to provide insight for decision-making and effective management of the commercial teams.
About You

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You have about 10 years of experience in sales management, commercial operations, or related roles in the beverages or consumer goods industry. Strong leadership abilities with a successful track record of developing high-performing teams.
