Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability in Southern Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Marketing, and Digital and Technology, to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Oversee the utilization of CRM systems to enhance customer interactions, sales tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial teams and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
- Ensure the integration of execution as a core component of business decision-making, connecting execution with performance.
- Continuously assess and enhance commercial operations processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
- Manage data quality and ensure timely and accurate collection, consistency, analysis, and reporting of data from CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, commercial operations, or related roles in the beverages or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a successful track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, or French.
